By using eConnect ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
eConnect provides digital menu management, link-in-bio profiles, URL shortening, QR code generation, and analytics on a subscription basis. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Authorized Support Access: By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent that our team members, including sales representatives and support staff, may access and manage your account on your behalf to provide support, configure features, and assist with service delivery. This access is granted until self-service management tools are available.
New users receive a 30-day free trial (varies by plan) with full platform access. Trial periods are not available when resubscribing after cancellation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Euros (€) through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
IMPORTANT: All subscriptions include a 12-month minimum commitment period.
If you cancel before the commitment period ends, you will be charged an early termination fee:
Early Termination Fee = Months Remaining × Monthly Rate
You will receive an invoice for this fee. Your subscription continues with regular monthly billing until you pay the fee. Once paid, your subscription is paused but you retain full access until the original commitment end date.
If payment fails:
All fees are non-refundable, including subscription fees and early termination fees. If you cancel, services continue until the end of your paid period, but no refunds are issued.
After your 12-month commitment ends, you may cancel anytime without penalty. Upon cancellation:
When data is deleted, the following is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
Deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover data after deletion.
Note: Anonymized, aggregated analytics (country-level statistics, daily view counts, order summaries) are retained for service improvement and business analytics. This data cannot identify you or your visitors. Subscription transaction records and email notification logs are retained permanently for legal and financial compliance purposes.
Archive Plan provides read-only access to your data at reduced pricing. While on Archive Plan, you cannot create or edit content but can view all existing data and analytics.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
The Platform software, design, and branding are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
You may not use the Service to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and data deletion timelines apply as specified in Section 4.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect 30 days after notification via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Before filing legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at office@econnect.rs. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
